Happy Joe marinated berries

1 Happy Joe Cloudy Apple cider
1 dl sugar
1 vanilla pod
1 star anise
Fresh raspberries, blueberries and strawberries
Fresh mint

Put cider, sugar, vanilla pod and star anise in a pot. Boil and cool. Remove the strawberry stems and cut them in half, add the raspberries, blueberries, chopped mint and mix the cooled marinade with the berries.

With marinated berries you can enjoy delicious ice cream or vanilla mascarpone foam. Sprinkle chocolate crumbs to increase the texture of the dessert.
